These Terms govern your use of Klaebo AI. Klaebo is a children's platform. Adult accounts (parent/guardian) are required to create and manage child accounts. By creating a parent account and activating a child account, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and your child.

1. About Klaebo and O-Zone Technologies

Klaebo AI ("Klaebo", "we", "us", "our") is an AI-powered generative world-building platform operated by O-Zone Technologies Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. [NUMBER]), registered office at [ADDRESS]. References to "you" mean the parent or guardian creating or managing an account, and where context requires, the child using the platform.

2. Eligibility and Account Types

2.1 Child Accounts

Klaebo is designed for children aged 4 to 12 years old
A child account may only be created by a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or over
The parent or guardian must complete the guardianship declaration and parental consent process before the child may access the platform
By completing the consent process, you confirm you are the parent or legal guardian of the child

2.2 Parent / Guardian Accounts

You must be 18 years of age or over to create a parent account
You must provide a valid, accessible email address via Google Sign-In
You are responsible for all activity on your child's account
You must not allow any person other than your child to use the child account

2.3 Age Verification

We use reasonable verification measures including date of birth entry, Google account authentication, and optional payment card verification. You confirm that all information provided during registration is accurate. Providing false information to circumvent age or guardianship requirements constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

3. The Klaebo Service

3.1 What Klaebo Provides

AI-generated 3D world building experiences for children
A library of pre-approved preset messages for child-to-child communication (no free-text chat, no voice, no video)
Avatar creation and customisation tools
A Brain Skill Marketplace (where available) for world-building capabilities
Time Points and Klaebo Coins in-platform currency system

3.2 AI-Generated Content

Klaebo uses artificial intelligence to generate game worlds and content in real time. While we apply automated content filtering, AI-generated content is not manually reviewed before display. We cannot guarantee that all AI-generated content will be entirely free of unexpected or unintended outputs. We operate ongoing moderation and encourage parents to report any concerns by emailing support@o-zone.io.

3.3 Communication Limitations

Child users may only communicate with other users using our pre-approved library of preset messages. Free-text input, voice communication, and video communication are not available and will not be made available to child accounts. This is a deliberate safety and compliance design.

4. Parental Responsibilities and Controls

As the parent or guardian, you are responsible for:

Supervising your child's use of Klaebo in a manner appropriate to your child's age and maturity
Setting and maintaining an appropriate monthly spend cap by emailing support@o-zone.io
Reviewing your child's activity log periodically
Updating your contact details if your email address changes
Notifying us immediately at support@o-zone.io if you believe your child's account has been accessed without authorisation

5. In-Platform Currency and Purchases

5.1 Currency System

Klaebo operates a two-tier in-platform currency system: Time Points (earned through play) and Klaebo Coins (purchasable by parent). Currency has no monetary value outside the platform and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for real-world value.

5.2 Spend Cap - Mandatory

A monthly spend cap must be set by the parent before any Klaebo Coins can be purchased. No purchase can be completed if it would exceed the cap set. Caps can be adjusted at any time by emailing support@o-zone.io. We are not liable for purchases made within a cap that you have set.

5.3 Refunds

Purchases of Klaebo Coins are generally non-refundable once coins have been used. Unused coins may be refunded within 14 days of purchase by contacting support@o-zone.io. Statutory rights under UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, EU Consumer Rights Directive, and applicable local consumer protection laws are not affected by this clause.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform content, including the Klaebo name, logo, software, AI systems, world-building tools, preset message library, and interface design, is the property of O-Zone Technologies Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trade mark, and other intellectual property laws.

User-created world content generated using our AI tools is owned by O-Zone Technologies Ltd. By using the platform, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, store, and display world content for the purpose of operating and improving the platform.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You must not, and must ensure your child does not:

Attempt to circumvent any age gate, parental consent mechanism, or safety filter
Use the platform for any commercial purpose without our written consent
Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the platform
Introduce malicious code, bots, or automated scripts to the platform
Misrepresent your identity or your relationship to the child account holder
Use the platform in any way that violates applicable law

8. Termination and Account Deletion

You may delete your child's account at any time by emailing support@o-zone.io. On deletion, all child profile data, world saves, currency balances, and session data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. Consent records and audit logs are retained for 7 years as required by law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that are found to be in breach of these Terms.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Klaebo is provided "as is". We make no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, O-Zone Technologies Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory local consumer protection laws require otherwise. For users in the European Union, the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform is available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will notify parent account holders by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you may delete your account before the effective date.
